Shipping

1、Do you ship worldwide?
We currently only ship to Europe, North America, and the Middle East.

Stay tuned for other Asian countries coming soon.

2、Where you ship goods from?
Normally we ship from China.

3、What is the shipping cost?
We offer free shipping to USA,UK,Spain,France,Russia and Australia.Besides, free shipping will be provided if your order amount is more than 99 USD(when you are from other countries.)

4、what is the shipping time?
The time for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time:order verification, quality check and packaging.All orders are sent to the manufacturers for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and Singapore Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2-4days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Orders for all shipping regions usually take 7 to 14 business days to arrive, while custom-made products typically take up to 30 business days.

1.What payment terms you can accept?
We can only accept Paypal now.

2、How do l cancel my order?
Only unshipped orders may be cancelled. Cancellation may be done either through email: help@salasense.com.Refund will be issued accordingly if card is charged.

3、What if my address is wrong?
If your address is not available, we will send you an email.Please be sure to check your email within 48 hours of placing your order. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order.



Return & Refunds

1.What items are returnable?
Within 7 days of the delivery date

Due to the special nature of adult products, refunds are only available if the tamper-evident seal has not been broken.

Product can only be returned or exchanged if they are found to be damaged or defective.

2.How do I return a product?
Once you have alerted us you wish to make a return through an email contact. We will email you a link to start the easy return process.
